Skype- Has anyone tried this?

My brother just informed me of this free program that is suppose to allow you to call anyone over the internet ho has this program. Anyone heard of it and/or try it?

Yes it works fine, and you can also use it to call peoples' regular phones (cheaply - not free - but few cents a minutes, even to europe etc). It is the easiest/cheapest way to call home when you are abroad - go into any internet cafe even in the middle of nowhere in central america or whatever and they will have headsets/mics and the program on the computer.
