You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I need help with a TV Show title.  It was a Kids Show.  This
kid would draw chalk picturs on a fence and then the pictures would
become his reality/basis of that episode.  Does anyone remember a
show like that?<br />
