if a company decides to leave some adult content in a binary, but it's
completely inaccessible via gameplay and they don't advertise that it's
in their, i don't think they should have to disclose. for a ps2 disc,
it's actually illegal to decrypt the content anyway (thanks to the
DMCA). for instance, some dvd's have "unreferenced material." it's on
the disk, but you could never access it with a regular player. of
course, it's never hardcore interracial (my favorite!)

I don't know why, but that wasn't even exciting.  I guess years of bizzare internet porn have desensitised me to this kind of stuff.Either that, or video game sex is lame.

I just heard they stopped production of ALL GTA games because of this.  Best Buy has stopped selling it and others should follow suit.  They didnt say if there was a new game in production though

US politicians have stepped into the storm over secret sex scenes in the best-selling Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas game. The House of Representatives has overwhelmingly called for investigation into the companies behind the game. The uproar is over explicit sexual scenes in the game that can be unlocked with software created by a fan. Last week the game was given an adults-only rating, leading big US stores to stop selling the title.
