<p>&nbsp; Did you ever see anything that made you wonder if you suddenly on a different planet or something? Tonight I saw a bike. The bike was made to look like a WWI German fighter plane (iron cross and everything). The bike was being ridden by a Catholic Priest in his black uniform and white collar. He was alone, so it wasn't like a prank with a bunch of people around lauging. Just a Priest riding a WWI German fighter bike/plane. He was sweating a lot, too. After all, it was really hot and humid.</p><p>What kind of wierd things have you seen? Keep in mind, I'm in a small town in Northern Virginia, so this whole thing was 10x more strange than if I saw it in the streets of NYC.</p>

Hitler was just a soldier in WWI Duke, but it's an easy mistake to make. I'm just hoping I can find someone around here who got a pic of this. It defined surreal.

I saw one time in the service entrance of, at the time, Salomon Smith
Barney a one-legged bike messenger. He didn't even have a pedal on the
right side of his crank. Completely fucking blew my mind. This was
probably four years ago. I've been telling the story ever since, and
people are so incredulous that they think I'm making it up. It had
gotten to the point where I was actually questioning the truth of the
story myself. Maybe I had imagined it, or was just making it up, until
... I saw the same dude, last week, in the 33rd St PATH station,
waiting for the elevator by the Manhattan Mall. That's fucking tenacity
my friend; a one legged NYC bike messenger. I never want to hear anyone
complain about anything ever again.<br />

i made a mistake...your right i knew that it was just that it was 5 am
and i was half asleep...btw for a fact hitler was hit during his time
as a soldier in ww1 i think it was a gas raid and he lost his vision
and when he got it back the war was over...he took it as Germany &quot;gave
up&quot; which is one of the reasons he wanted to become in power....the
treaty of verside or w/e really fucked up germany...he wanted the land
back...thats just a fact to prove i am not a retard....<br />

<p>i was driving home from work around 1 am and as i approached this overpass&nbsp;the car in front of me began&nbsp;slowing down... the first thing i see as i slowly go over the overpass is a girl sitting on the curb with a bloody face and she had two guys with her that were trying to&nbsp;help her, then i see a dead solid 'black as coal' cow laying in the road, and then the car she must have been driving that had the frontend smashed up</p><p>mind you it was a&nbsp;very dark part of the road... this girl probably never saw the cow and plowed right into it and it's a 50mph road...</p><p>another time there were three of us sitting at the edge of one corner of the bar... a few feet away from us 'in the corner' there were cases of beer cans stacked almost to the ceiling. i was furthest from the cases. all of a sudden about six cans of beer rip open at various levels of these stacked cases. i turn around and i'm like &quot;what the F&quot; happened there. The only thing i could think of that would cause that is&nbsp;maybe too much carbonation in that&nbsp;load of beer cans</p><p>when we got outside the bar i found out from my friend closest to the cases what happened... the owner of the bar was around the corner of the bar from us, leaned over, and his gun fell and it shot off a round &quot;no pun intended'</p>

Turns out, I WASN'T tripping when I saw this guy. Unfortunately, he was recently killed in a freak accident. On the morning before New Years, we had a very bad wind storm around this area. Rev. Michael C. Kelly stopped his car to move a tree that had fallen in the road. Another driver stopped to help. As they were moving the tree, another tree fell and kill the Reverend. LINK HERE (http://www.nvdaily.com/news/2009/01/friends-remember-upbeat-priest.html)

And here he is on the bike that had me wondering if I was crazy when I started this thread.

Geeze... I just noticed this, too.

According to St. Francis' Web site, Kelly was on his way to the funeral of another priest when he died.

Wait...he was a priest, who rode around on a bicycle that looked like a German war plane, and was killed when a tree that was struck by a bolt of lightening, fell on top of him....

Maybe there is a God.........

I'm off to do the Rosary. I'll be back later....MUCH later.
