Thuggish Ruggish ... Bush?

<p>So, feeling a sudden swell of nostalgia for my days misspent as a black youth, I dug up a copy of &quot;Thuggish Ruggish Bone&quot; by Bone Thugs n Harmony from, I guess, maybe '94. The intro of the song has someone saying, &quot;We're not against rap. We're not against rappers, but we are against these thugs.&quot; There is quite a resemblance between the voice of whoever's saying it and President Bush, in fact I would wager to say it was indeed him, perhaps when he was governor of Texas. Was he governor of Texas in '94? I've tried looking into it, but can't find anything anywhere saying who it is. Anyone got any idea?</p>

<p>Bush was governor of Texas from 95 to 2000.</p><p>I did a search on that quote but came up with nothing.</p>
