Anybody else catch Ben Affleck in the very beginning of the episode? Walking out of the Banana Republic behind Larry. I thought for sure they would come back to it. Like maybe Affleck stole Larry's pants.
I saw that too. I guess it wasn't really him but I was 100% sure Ben had a beard and was on the show this week. Only 2 episodes left so if he shows up again I will be happy that I spotted him. If it's just an extra who looks like Ben (and acts like him too, it really looks like Afleck) then he's got a job as a stand in or impersonator.

I'm pretty sure it was him, I replayed it just to be sure. Maybe it was just an odd cameo.

Maybe he's just a fan of the show who wanted to be on the show but not really be on the show, like celebrities who turn up as extras on Star Trek or 24 (Seth MacFarlane, Bryan Singer, Stephen Merchant, etc)

Did anyone notice BenAffleck in the background on CurbYourEnthusiasm? He happened to be in Banana Republic that day!

The sawn espisode was good but last weeks was once again just stupid.
Why the hell would Jeff have the panties of some woman in his car ?
If he didn't wanna get caight wouldn't he have a tad more discretion ?
The whole premise was dumb.
And to ask his friend to say they were his panties ?
If I was Suzie I'd be more concerned that my husband had his best friends panties in his glove compartment.
And the whole pants thing was ludicrous.
First of all wouldn't his wallet and everything have been in the pants he wore to the store ?
Why would he just willingly leave them behind because it was taking too long ?
Plus he seemed to be wearing those for 2 days.
There are only 2 ways to hurt your neck ?
Now they're just making things up.
It was actually a pretty painful episode and another one from this season that goes into the Top 5 worst episodes.

I disagree. I thought last weeks was one of my favorite episodes. I really don't care about believability. When the cop said, "no, but someone told me to go fuck my face once" I had an Eastbound and Down level laugh.

Yes that line was the one thing that made me laugh even after I heard it a few more times.
To me it's not believabilty in that it all has to be rational it just can't be so far fetched.
What used to make the show great was that Larry was in awkward scenarios in which you could see yourself and he'd do maybe what you'd do but he'd always take it too far.
That hasn't been the case with many, if any, episodes so far this season.
I mean wearing the pants home is just so out there that it takes away from any possible joke that could've been made.

You know that Super Dave -- who is billed by his real name, Bob Einstein, on Curb -- is Albert Brooks' brother?
Albert Brooks changed his last name for reasons that should be fairly obvious.

He's a self hating jew?
Seriously, Einstein's been dead for a while when Brooks was starting his career, what was the point? Would someone think that he was THE Einstein? I'm sure the first 5 minutes of his act would dissuade people from that opinion.
"And, oh, by the way, your cunt is in the sink."
I thought Jerry's reactions to the joke were hilarious, and Jason Alexander being kind of a dick was great.

yea, i thought if they wraped with cheryl and larry kissing then it was over. the second the wood got dragged into it there was a look on cheryls face like, 'oh god, what am i doing?' and you couldnt def. feel that sense of finality anymore. i think it comes back.

Nahhhhh...there has been conjecture about that for the last few seasons. Hell I remember thinking they hit their peak with season 4 and "The Producers" season. This show gets better and better. And when they do another one, we need to have more Leon.
