I generally support the ACLU, but I know a fundraising drive when I see
one. THere is little to no support for this in Washington,
particularily when you get to the grown ups in the Senate. Just because
some Right wing Congressman wants to draft a bill doesn't mean its
going anywhere. Plus even the article states the Supreme court will
