I know this might be unpopular but as far as entertainment value goes I think CSI might be the best fictional cop show on TV. The time seems to pass a lot quicker with this one than the others.

Law and Order gets second place.

I love Law and Order, even though I don't get to watch it much. Almost every episode is interesting, and the acting is great too.

CSI kicks ass, but I also have to go with Law and Order.

The Practice whoops them both though, but it's not a cop show.

Law and Order is a much better written show but for some reason I just fell out of interest with it. I think it was teh departure of Schiff.

Law and Order is the best still currently on the air, but I'll take Homicide on Court TV over it any day.

Oh, and Quincy M.D. was better than CSI will ever be....

the reason i said "currently on the air" was because Homicide is the ... best cop show ever.

And Dragons is right, I can't belive I forgot about The Job which is definitely one of the if not the best. Better than CSI.

I vote for Law and Order too. I'm like an addict for that show. I watch it multiple times a day. Reruns on A&E, reruns on TNT, new eps on NBC.

I'm pissed off, though, that the beautiful Angie Harmon left. What, she wanted to spend more time with that fag Jason Seahorn?
