View Full Version : What would be your "dream staff" for the R&F show?

Well?

You can pick one producer, and then three other interns/gofers/phone screeners/whatevers...who would you pick?

I'd want Rory as the producer, and the other three slots filled with Dubs, Al Dukes and Hawk.

Who would the rest of you pick?

Wow this is an awesome topic.

I think i would have to agree with Rory as producer.

I would then pick Staples, Dukes, and Dubs. i think Dubs and Staples teaming up on Al would be gold.

Executive Producer - Al Dukes

Associate Producer - Rory. Why? Because the Rory/Al dynamic worked better when Al was in power and Rory was fighting against him. It was quite machievellian.

The rest of the staff would be Hawk and Tenacious C.

Stunt guy would be Black Earl.

Guys like Poo and Earl would be great as "regulars," but I can't take that much of them. When Poo became the third mic, he wore out his welcome REAL fast.

I really like Billy and Mikey D, but kind of in the same way...their horribly embarassing stories would work best if they showed up/called in only a couple times a week. Leave us wanting more...

I'd want Al as the super producer. If he was under Rory he wouldn't get as much shit from the guys.
Then have Rory under Al for actual production.
Billy for uncomfortable stories and jokes.
And of course Hawk, becuase he's the best.

I know it's a "dream staff," but part of my thinking when choosing mine would be one that didn't totally drive R&F insane work-wise, hence Rory as my choice as the actually producer over Al or Wonderboy...though I totally forgot about Dumpy...I'd switch him in and drop Hawk with my lineup.

Rory as producer. I never liked Al Dukes there so put him as call in.

Interns would have to be Wonderboy and Hairy Elvis or Harry Elvis, whatever he was. He was kewl.

Billy Staples MUST BE PART OF THE DREAM TEAM. I liked him on phones with the occasional on air deal.

Black Earl needs to stay away, having the occasional call in spot to be angry about nothing.
