I can't wait to give this one a try.
"The No. 2 fast food chain debuted its Enormous Omelet Sandwich Monday. The sandwich has one sausage patty, two eggs, two American cheese slices and three strips of bacon. That works out to 730 calories and 47 grams of fat -- more than a Whopper burger, which the Burger King Web site said has 700 calories and 42 grams of fat. "
"The critics will still label it food porn," Sherri Daye Scott, editor at fast-food magazine QSR, told USA Today, which first reported the story. "But the average male fast-food customer does not have a problem with this." 
"Eating like this is a step on the way to a heart attack," Fred Pescatore, author of The Hamptons Diet told the newspaper. "It's irresponsible."

Had one this morning. Not worth it. The bacon tastes kind of funky, the HUGE sausage patty is just a regular one that they put on all their breakfast foods cut in half and laid out side by side, and too much cheese. You can just get two normal sandwiches and get the same effect.

I didn't have a problem with the bacon on mine, but other than that, I have to agree with LordZero.  Gimme two sausage egg n' cheese croisandwiches instead.  Well, except it's a helluva lot cheaper going with the one Omelet thing.  But then I don't get the flaky croisant.  But it's like two bucks more if I go with those, and then I'm gonna get embarrassed that she'll know that they're both for me, and I'll have to do the whole "gimme two combo meals" thing and then try to balance that extra drink out the door.  Nah, I'm only 5' 7", 165, she's not gonna think that.  Will she?  And do I go with a diet coke, or is that too clich‚?  Man, there's bacon AND sausage on the omelet one.  But then I'll get those damn sesame seeds in my car.  Why can't they just make an omelet sized croisant?  Now that would be ideal!  Which to chose, which to chose... let's see... I'll haaaaaaaaaaave.... the uhhhhhmmmm....

You're BK doesnt have that special 2 for 2.22 deal? The one I get my breakfast in on the way to work has had it for a while. Its not part of a value meal but you get 2 sausage crossaints for $2.22. Whereas the Omelet sandwish costs 4 bucks...maybe its just in Brooklyn...

I am truly amazed at how health conscious I have become in the recent months since my scare. Food like this I would have gone right out and gotten right away. Now, I can't even think about anything BUT fruit for breakfast, nothing for lunch and a sensible dinner.

Although I am on my quest to find the Best Burger this Summer.

this sandwich looks like it will take over my life. I could probably eat one of these everyday and i'd be happy for the heart attack 10 years later. But then again everyone's health condition is different. I think i might be immune to fast food greaze, cause on my mini-Super Size Me diet (i ate about 7 McDonalds meals a week for 6 months) my cholesterol only went from 170-180 or so (i think its my cholesterol, i'm an idiot though). I think i can handle anything the King can throw at me.

I'm actually considering going back for seconds this morning.  Yesterday it held me over straight through lunch and through an entire 12 hour day.  I rarely if ever stop to eat lunch anyway, and it was nice not having that early evening drained feeling yesterday. 
We've got our Wed night APA 8-ball league after work tonight.  I'm hoping it'll hold me over until then. 
This could get addicting.  Maybe I need to just go shopping for some actual FOOD.
