i don't believe he should 'have to' pay child support

if she said some sperm dripped out and landed in her crotch by accident then it's different. she purposely decieved him. Then again what if she lied and said she was on the pill or had her tubes tied and he ejaculated in her vagina? it seems he would be more liable if that happen

hopefully he would elect to support the child if the child is in need of basic things.

there's alot of questions such as 'is the woman in a relationship now' , 'does she care for the man'. Is the man gonna be allowed visitation if he wants to or joint custody if he changes his mind and feelings toward the child'
