First they had Poker that's fine I guess. But I was watching this weekend and they had some Horse betting thing where there was a competition just like a sporting event. They would interview and glorify these degenerate gamblers like they were baseball or football players. Whets Next? The thing that Dave Chappelle did. With the ghetto Dice rolling thing?

Jimmy Fallon kissing Drew Barrymore -- on the field, on live TV -- right after the Red Sox won their first World Series in 86 years. In fact, they were shown in a closeup within 60 seconds of the final out. And every Red Sox fan is determined to pretend that this never happened, and that it didn't taint the moment even a little bit ... so it wasn't a huge deal.

those handicapping tournaments are great IMHO. They aren't actually gambling...its a fake bankroll with certain races that are mandatory. The player has to handicap a race and use some of his bankroll to place a 'wager.' Besides, if there was no gambling on horse racing do you think anyone would watch?

ESPN caters to all demographics. They show the Westminster dog show. Why? Because there is a segment of the population who watches that. They show fishing. Why? Some people actually enjoy fishing. If its not your cup of tea then change the channel. Someone out there does want to watch it though. I guess they could just show Sportscenter 25 times a day instead of 8. I enjoyed that show and watched it.
