I see these whenever there is a strike threat or when workers are protesting "scabs" and the like. You ever see them? Some of them have these even have festering boils on their stomachs!

I was curious about them and found out that they are made by this company that is a non union shop! They have some cool looking balloons though! (http://www.bigskyballoons.com/)
