Internet Explorer Window sizes

Im playing a game online called Robot Rage. However, some of the buttons/information is cut off by the window. There's no scroll and there's no way to expand the window from what I see. Can anyone help?

that is, but if the window can not be resized, increading the resolution will help it to fit onto the screen
