in case you didnt hear, ever since Stan Lee broke from Marvel, he didnt make a cent on Spiderman 1/2 Xmen 1/2 - well he won a court case today - he'll make 10% of everything since 1998.

Good for him


The celebrated creator of Spider-Man, the X-Men and the Incredible Hulk, sued comics giant Marvel Enterprises for cutting him out of the profits from the two hit movies and licensing deals.

but, it's off the profits made by marvel, they can cook the books ... so they could alway pull a 'forrest gump' and claim that the movies made no profit ...
