Who should be in the new NWO?

Jesus Christ, I know wrestling is cyclical and that if there's one thing it does best, it's rip off it's own self, but LET THAT DAMN ANGLE DIE. It's over, Johnny. It had it's run, and it was fun, before every second stringer in WCW was given a nWo shirt in an attempt to get them over.
The VERY LAST THING we need in the WWF is a reformation of the Cliq. Do you know how damaging they were / are? WWF was in the crapper when they were running around way back in 1995, and I credit them (the Cliq members who defected, like Hall / Nash) with helping to bring down WCW. Of course, they weren't the only reason why WCW failed, because those reasons are legion, but when you have a guy who's so drunk / high he can't work half the time (Hall), or a backstage politicking monster who's workrate is only slightly better than a dead cow AND who makes himself head booker in charge of putting himself over everyone else (Nash), than the situation doesn't resolve itself.
Don't get me started on X-Pac. The little snot makes damn sure to bury every bit of his competition to make himself look good. Michaels, while a great talent IN THE PAST, has severe attitude (and chemically-induced) problems. And HHH? Well, he's outstanding in the ring, which is why I forgive him for being one of the main guys holding up the glass ceiling (I'd say the Undertaker is the other one).
Bottom line: Vince would be crazy to restart the NWO angle (which would be very popular for about a month, and then die on the vine....don't think that it won't because the WWF couldn't even get things right when they revamped the Invasion once before when they added the ECW crew), and he'd be out of his fucking mind to let the Cliq reform under his own roof.
