First off im pro free speech, but in this day and age of hypersensitivity over Janet Jacksons breast and the Monday night football stuff with Tyrell Owens, How does something like this not generate tons of outraged letters, I dont care that he said it either way im just curious on where all the outrage is personaly i feel that he is wrong, And this is not the first time with this guy, didnt he get fired from MSNBC for anti gay stuff, I sort of equate this with the Greaseman stuff, I think the two events were sort of alike, but maybe thats just me

savage is one of my favorite radio broadcasters. it's generally entertaining and he comes across as a nice guy. sometimes he goes too far though. the stuff he says about gays is ridiculous. i couldn't believe it the first time i heard it. i don't know if he actually believes what he says, but people call up to agree with him.

regarding the tsunami i believe he's only said that he doesn't believe that we should be helping them b/c it's better to help ourselves and some of those guys are terrorists and islamofacists. what's wrong with that argument?

I listen to him occasionally. He can be entertaining, he can be on the edge of psychotic in a funny way. But the man is a vicious Arab/Muslim hater of the highest order. 100% pro Israel, in all circumstances. According to him and guys like Steve Maltzberg, Israel is batting 1.000.
Its easy for guys like him, who dont LIVE in Israel, to be so right wing. People who live there have to deal with the consequences of this religious fanatic right wing approach to problem solving.

I don't agree with all of his points. I do agree that America does too much for other countries. Should we help with this, yes I think we should. Would the UN and the countries that are donating help if a Tsunami would hit the east coast of the United States, I honestly don't know.
