O&A are having this discussion of the most embarassing song that you have on your iPod. Of course it can be anything you have that you use to listen to music, whether it is a cd player, your computer, your iPod or any other mp3 player.

What guilty pleasure song do you have that you just know is AWFUL! but yet you play like a fool?

My most embarassing song that is on my iPod I actually just added....

Ashlee Simpson's "Pieces of Me"

It has to be a tie between "Boom Boom Boom" by the Venga Boys and "The Sign" by Ace of Base." I swear to Christ I love those songs.

ugh...i guess mine would be the "Flame" by Cheap trick....or the 5 different versions of "Got to Hide Your Love Away"...which I love. i think i have versions from obviously the Beatles/Eddie Vedder, but the one I want is from the show American Dreams, but I just can't find it.

I also have my collection of Irish music...i love the stuff.

Nice. I hate them, yet love that song.

I don't know if this counts for me because I like SO much embarassing music. (I'm still a teeny bopper deep down).

So I'll go with any of my N'Sync or Justin Timberlake songs. Gotta love JT.

Ok, I thought long and hard about this one......and I just added a song today that I consider the most embarassing song on my iPod, "New York" by Ja Rule.

I just the U2 one for Christmas. It's great and things were going fine.

Then, I put the entire Spice World album by the Spice Girls on it. For some reason, I still love this CD.

Next most embarassing would have to be that Hero song from Spiderman 1 by the Groger guy. So pussy of me.

purely subjective call here, but i think the 'hero' is a lot worse than the spice girls ... quirky pop is always good, guilty ear candy ...

I don't really believe* in the iPod but in my CD collection I often rock the HELL out to Neil Diamond. I swear I am going to cover Forever in Blue Jeans someday. Also, Weekend in New England by Barry Manilow brings me to tears as does Leaving on a Jet Plane from John Denver.

*For clarification, in reality, it is a cool device. Maybe one day when I get some cash it might be nice to have when I get the urge to hear a certain song at a certain time. For now that urge usually hits in the middle of the day and I can fulfill that urge by the next morning when I grab the CD from my collection. I also figure int he time that it takes me to pull from my CD Case in the car it would take me just as long to retreive the song from my iPod. The only other reason I could see myself getting one is it would be really nice to transfer my 7 inches to MP3. That would be fun to have that in car cause I have so many that have never been released to CD.

Carry on.

I've let other people download music on my computer then burned it for them, most of which isn't deleted, so it persists in my mp3 collection. Amidst some true drek on my iPod, the absolute worst, gayest pieces of shit are Abba and A*Teens songs. Don't ask me which ones, 'cause fuck if I know.
