PASSION totally and completely fails as movie.

There simply is no lesson to be learned from the actual movie. It's not a complete story. There is no 1st or 3rd act. It's merely a documentary film about Crucifixion (sp?).
Show that film to child that does not already know the story of Christ and ask him what he learned from it.

Also...the ENTIRE movie is presented in slow motion. It distracted me.
For every 10 minutes of film, I would guess that 9 mins are in slo-mo. It's hard to get sucked into a story when it's not shown in real time.

I went with "Fahrenheit." Seeing Jesus get beat up for two and a half hours was just such a downer! Geez! They should have livened it up a little! Maybe cast Freddy Prinze or that Gellar girl; you know, for some teen spirit in it.....I don't know.....hopefully the sequel will be better!
