Texas Hold 'Em...Game #2..IT'S ON!!!!!

OK all...time for the second round of our favorite poker game.

Please post here if you wish to attend and if you need directions.

Slight changes from the last game
#1. We go from 20 to 30 bucks for the game. Since no one wants buy backs this increases the amounts for the winning.

#2 Game will start a little earlier then last time.

#3 Max amount of people will be 24 total.

So line up everyone...please let me know if you are a definate to attend. Again if you want to bring friends I will have to let you know about a week before the game if we will have the availability.

DATE: Jan. 22nd
Time:6pm START time.
No later then one hour to be late for the game

Blinds will be the same...
1st half hour 2/4
2nd half hour 4/8
4rd half hour 8/16
and so on...

Limits are
2/4
4/8
no limit
And they change at every 30 mins...so after one hour of poker there will be no limit tables again. (And Crippler if you knock me out again with an all-in bluff I swear I'm gonna......)

Well not SO harshly put but yes...if someone wants to play the PS2 they will really have to wait until we are done with the 1st half of the playing. When it breaks down to the final table and who ever wants to play a pickup game at the 2nd table then we have no problems pulling out the PS2 and playing some Madden or Hockey or Baseball or whatever you wanna play.
Just for the 1st half of the night we are going to be concentrating on poker.

If the weather is not favorable for the game (due to the fact more then half of you are travelling about 30 mins or more) then the make-up game will be Saturday Feb. 5th.

So if...god forbid...the snow is too much that will be the Snow date.

and you dont have a chance, the last one ended at like 4 am, thats the reason we are forcing the start at 6, last time we didnt start until prob almost 8.

Sorry I couldn't make the game. I had several things going on that day, and wasn't expecting to be done before 7pm.

And stupid me, I came down with something Thursday night/Friday morning and was pretty much like the walking dead on Saturday anyway, because I'm a stubborn asshole and went where I was supposed to on Saturday instead of staying home and taking care of the cold. Doing a 12-hour day hopped-up on Sudafed is no fun. When I got home, I was running 102ø fever and had the chills and insomnia.

So, even if I didn't have the stuff going on, I woulda been a no-show, unfortunately. Glad to hear you guys had fun, though.
