This is the woman they arrested on charges she took the baby from the victims womb. Apparently, she had met the woman on a message board about a certian breed of dog that the woman raised. Looks like they were breeders of this dog called a rat terrier and the woman may have come out to meet them and possibly buy a dog. Fucking psycho!
In the news story, she was showing the baby around a diner, saying it was hers and they she had just given birth that day!
