I got an idea, an idea so smart my head would explode if I even began to know what I was talking about.

How can anyone go into court defending something called "Wife Swap" and expect to be taken seriously?

It describes the Fox show as "nothing more than a blatant and wholesale copycat of RDF Media's original, innovative and highly successful 'Wife Swap' series."

Original? They invent wife swapping? Do they have a copywright on the practice? Sure Fox did a naked, blatent rip-off. So what else is new. Nobody watches the Fox show anyway. Dont think this will go anywhere.

Why isn't there a law suit every other year with the Big Hollywood movies? They seem to come out with mutilple movies with the same plot all the time, Like that summer with Armageddon vs Deep Impact, or the Animated Bug Movies, Bugs' Life vs Ants? Or the Animated Fish Movies, Finding Nemo vs Shark Tales?

I can't think of any other examples right now, but this happens all the time. Movie ideas float around (very few are original to begin with) and 2 studios go with the same idea at about the same time, but they've spent the money before they find out about the other film, so they just rush them to the theaters.

Hollywood sucks!

What are they talking about??

They BOTH ripped off Dave Chappelle. He invented Trading Spouses on the first season of his show. He should be suing.

That started back in 1974: The Towering Inferno vs. Chinatown.
