Getting sick from Headaches

It seems like everytime I get a headache from being hungover, I get sick to my stomach, and Until I get rid of the headache I continue to get sick and vomit. Why is this? It not only from hangovers though, If I get a nasty headache and dont take anything for it, I also get sick.
