Key word being free and online. I want to look up peoples history, just for kicks and giggles. I'm sure theres some site out there that is just teeming with info that I can use to my advantage.

just for fun you want to look up people's backgrounds... thats odd. but interesting. why don't you do a random search of websites, people tend to put they're whole life on those. or better yet, turn off the computer... go out of your house and talk to someone about their life.
