Best Late Night Snack?

I have been working 12 hour shifts from 7 PM - 7 AM and I need to know what is the best late night snack that will keep me awake and still taste great.

So far I have:
Dunkin Donuts Coffee and a Glazed Donut
Fritos and Coke

ROOSTER - Whatever is in the fridge or freezer works for me, but for long hikes to secret terrorist camps, I guess you're stuck with MRE. Ugggh.

I just ate week and a half old deli sliced Bologna. It was SOOOOOO GOOD! And keep one of those Brita Water filters full in your fridge all the time. Nothin' beats water! Except Gatorade! But it's so expensive.

But my wet dream late night snack is CHINESE FOOD! When you microwave it with rice in a bowl with pastic wrap on it, all the flavors and moisture get together, and create a GREAT flavor! And it'll have you hungry in a hour again!
