Culture Club Dance Club in NYC

I am going down to Culture Club tonight with some friends for a birthday. I have never been there before...Anyone know how it is there? I know its a 80's themed dance club. It sounds like fun. :p Any comments?

My brother went to one once. He said it was horrible. Though, he swears that he saw Paris Hilton there and she was waving glow sticks around and he decided to leave cause it was so bad.

I was supposed to go to Culture Club last weekend for my friend's bachelorette party, but I had my cast on still and didn't think it was a good idea. They have cheesy bachelorette type things there, so I'm kinda glad I missed out on it. I have been to Polyester's, which is a '70s type club. The tang shots are good. The peanut butter & jelly shots are just horrible. I had fun there.

When I went, the dance floor was too croweded to even move, and my friend had a drug slipped into her drink, so that we spent the rest of the night at the hospital. I am not a fan of the Culture Club at all.

My girlfriend has been there a few times with her friends. Her friends all love it but she doesnt like it at all.
