As you may have heard, the Devil's head coach, Pat Burns, was diagnosed with colon cancer at the end of last season. I haven't heard anything about it since. Until today that is.
Burns done with chemotherapy (http://sports.espn.go.com/nhl/news/story?id=1910894)
I really hope he gets through this. He's a tough guy so I think he will.

I forgot about it too, until I went to espn and found the article in the NHL section. Yes, there are a few who still love hockey.

Glad to hear he's doing well. I read an article over the summer that said there was a possibility that Larry Robinson might coach the team until Burns was healthy enough return.

I'm very happy to hear an update about him, I really like the guy and I wish nothing but the best for him and his family. I hope everything works out ok in the end.
