Seriously, everyone is saying the guy in the car should have run him over. If he did, couldn't he be charged with attempted vehicular homicide or something like that? Sucky-ass loophole laws, like I once heard one where a burglar can sue a person who's house he's breaking into if he slips on water in their kitchen or something like that. Again I don't know that's exactly true, but there are definately cases like it.
