If the Redskins beat the Packers - Bush Wins!

This is very, very odd - I was in the process of looking this up when DCRTV Dave posted it in the form of a "rant," doing my work for me (I love it when that happens).

Did you know that if the Redskins win or tie their last home game before a presidential election, the party in power will win. If the Skins lose, the party out of power will win. This prediction streak has been accurate since 1940. So, if the Redskins beat the Packers on Halloween, Republican George Bush will win. If they lose, Democrat John Kerry will be the next president.

As we get closer to the election, and that game, I'm sure we'll hear this chestnut mentioned more than a few times.
