Heckler, not only is it normal to look but it can actually be beneficial to your health. Blood in the stool for example is a sign of an ulcer or some other gastrointestinal problem. It can also allow you to determine if you're getting enough corn in your diet. Finally, if you're anxiously waiting for your friend's watch or that pesky gerbil to turn up, looking can give you significant "peace of mind."
