Why the hell would anyone vote for Hart in this? He was already starting to decline when he entered WCW, and he did nothing for the title. That doesn't fit in my definition of "best" - if you're going to choose someone from that list, than they had better, at the least, have increased the image of the title and brought prestige to it.

That's why I chose Magnum T.A. More than pretty much everyone on this list, he made the U.S. title important. His feud with Nikita Koloff over it was great.
