That is ridiculous. When you have "typical" students displaying these sort of behaviors, more likely than not, there is something going on emotionally with him/her. Instead of sending feces home in a backpack, how about a phone call home in order to arrange a parent/teacher conference with the school pyschologist.

Do we know if the student had a specific disability?
