Last night's pasta and meatballs. Heated in a fry-pan with a dot of Olive Oil.

Mortadella and provalone with olive oil and balsamic.

mine comes from my friend's Gramma, who had a restaurant on Coney Island for 30+ years!

When I do it, it is a freakin' production. But I do it in a cauldren, serve one that night, and freeze about 5 more servings in tupperware to carry me over for the rest of the month.
