It's going to be the next big thing we all know that.

When is it going to be two hours, when is it going to primetime, and when the hell is Jarrett going to lose the god damn title?

Honestly...as much as I like TNA and want them to kick Vince's WWE ass...I dont see them being too big in the future. I dont think that they have the resources, specifically the $$, to keep doing what they are doing long term. Personally I think that the move from PPV to broadcast cable was somewhat hurried and not a very good decision because of the timeslot in which they are broadcast. They got the stars, they got the fan base, but do they have the brains to pull it off. Id love nothing more than for them to prove me wrong, but as it stands right now, I think that theyll be lucky to become the type of federation that ECW used to be.

Much Thanks to Jester for the sig!

I got an idea, an idea so smart my head would explode if I even began to know what I was talking about.

From what I heard TNA will be getting another hour time slot on FSN on a different day. I'd much rather it 2 hours in a row but I guess they'll take what they can get.

Who can jj lose the belt too? when styles had the belt as much as I love his work he doesn't draw any more money then if he doesn't have the belt. I would like to have them build raven up again and win it. Monty Brown is growing on me.

Raven would be a perfect champ. It's his destiny.

I've tried to watch TNA several times but to tell you the truth I really don't care that much for it. The reason being and the reason I believe its future may be dim is the lack of "wrestling".

Almost the entire program is centered around the high flying cruiserweight style, which is entertaining for a while but then loses its luster when every move and every wrestlers patterns begin too become predictable. This in essence makes every match seem almost exactly the same. TNA needs some mat wrestling to lay the groundwork for great matches and longetivity of its wrestlers careers as well as storylines. These wrestlers can not go at this pace for their entire careers.

Unless TNA tries to incorporate a little of that into its talent, I do not see it ever becoming any kind of competition. Plus, when the top man on your roster is a guy that could never rise above mid card status in WWE, what does that say about the rest of the talent?

It says that they give the ones who weren't given a chance a new start in TNA, except for Jarrett I mean it's his company.

TNA definitely needs to go primetime because w/o competition WWE sux... TNA would do good in a primtime slot especially if they use Sting, Hall and Nash, and Bret Hart more the people will watch.

It's going to be the next big thing we all know that.

When is it going to be two hours

Impact won't be 2 hours long. Rumor going around is that TNA may buy another hour on FSN to air Xplosion.

when is it going to primetime, and when the hell is Jarrett going to lose the god damn title?

a) Probably never going primetime. The time slots that have been considered for Impact and / or XPlosion are not in the prime time slot. They CAN'T go prime-time on FSN, since FSN would just preempt the shows for local sports-coverage.

b) I would like to say soon, but honestly, at this point who would he lose it to? Jeff Hardy? Monty Brown? Raven isn't really in the title picture, and appears to be on the outs (again) with the booking team.

They got the stars, they got the fan base, but do they have the brains to pull it off. Id love nothing more than for them to prove me wrong, but as it stands right now, I think that theyll be lucky to become the type of federation that ECW used to be.

That's the thing, though - in a sense, they DO NOT have the stars, and they very much do NOT have the fan base. They have a lot of guys that they COULD build up into stars, but as for guys with instantly recognizable name value? Very few. You could probably list them on one hand.

Meltzer has a lot of interesting stuff to say in the latest Wrestling Observer about TNA and what they're doing completely WRONG. Meltzer's view, essentially, and I agree with him here, is that TNA at this point isn't even in the same league as ECW was in terms of connecting with fans, and frankly that's distressing and doesn't bode well for them.

TNA would do good in a primtime slot especially if they use Sting, Hall and Nash, and Bret Hart more the people will watch.

The rumor is that they're going to bring in Hall, Nash and - yes - Sean Waltman, in order to boost the ratings.

It's foolish. Bringing in Sting, or Hall, or Nash, or Hart is foolish - virtually all of them are in their 40s and CANNOT work a good match anymore, and frankly, their salaries alone would hasten the bankruptcy of the company easily by weeks if not months.

In short, whatever little name value is still left to them is dwarfed by the cost they would incur.

Don't blame me....I voted for Kodos.
I look forward to an orderly election that will eliminate the need for a violent bloodbath. </center>
