On WWE.com it shows that Jamie Noble has been released..

Shame though really, he was a good worker. Maybe TNA will try to pick him up soon

Had to figure this was coming. They did nothing with him since Nidia left him.

IF he goes to TNA, I'd like to see him and Sabin have a feud.

Uh...Nidia sucks!

Anyway, this is retarded since they had the guy look like he'd be forming a tag team with Chavo Guerrero to chase the titles just weeks ago. They could have revitalized that stroyline with Chavo's return by having Paul London turn heel and join Jamie, and Chavo to attack Kidman because a) Kidman gave Chavo a concussion, and b) Kidman was the reason he and London lost the tag titles to Dupree and Suzuki. But wait, that would make too much sense now wouldn't it?

Something else that doesn't make sense is the fact that the fed seem to try to heal the CW division, and then they hurt it once again with this decision. They helped the division by turning Spike heel, and giving him to big goons to help him in keeping his title all the while he's doing underhanded things like kicking Cena in the balls and screwing over Rey Mysterio. Now fans are actually caring about the belt once again, but wait, the fed now takes away a very good cruiserweight that could have been utilized in the division. Is it just me, or is the WWE trying to shoot itself in the foot WHILE it's trying to apply bandages?

In closing, I hope Noble heads to TNA. He has the ring technique, ring pyshcology, as well as solid mic skills to become a main eventer in TNA in less than a month. Let's just hope TNA officials can get over their Jeff Hardy hard-on, and see that Jamie Noble CAN ACTUALLY WRESTLE.

It's just you, in the sense that you belief they were trying to repair the cruiser division when that's absolutely NOT what they've been doing.

What's been done to revitalize the division? Putting the belt on Spike Dudley? Fantastic, they put the belt on a cruiser who doesn't wrestle the cruiser style. And has he really even wrestled any other cruisers out there besides Mysterio? Has anyone else in the division gone hunting for the cruiser belt?

What few cruises are left are nothing but glorified jobbers on Velocity, having to lay down for Mark Jindrack or the Bashams or Hardcore Holly every week. And now, they've gone and fired Noble, who was not only their BEST cruiser, but actually had the beginnings of a possible storyline happening.

Will people just stop and realize that the WWE has fucked up here? And is continuing to fuck up ROYALLY by firing guys like Noble, who have talent and ability, in favor of guys like Heidenreich or Tyson Tomko, who have virtually ZERO talent but a distinctive look? People with shit for talent only manage to be successful as entertainers if they have the charisma to pull it off (see Hogan, Hulk. See Warrior, Ultimate).

TNA has proven that you can market a cruiser division and make it successful, but the WWE isn't even interested in trying. I look forward to Noble joining the TNA ranks, as I could literally name a dozen guys that right off to bat he could have a **** or better match with.

From LordsofPain.net

Jamie Noble, with WWE for the past few years, was officially terminated by the company earlier this week. WWE sources felt that he did not bring enough to the table, and was not getting over despite being given many gimmicks. The feeling is that he's a small wrestler with a heavyweight style, and just wasn't someone anyone would make excuses to keep on board

Apparently, Noble received heat for making an insurance claim based on a WWE related matter, even though the actual issue had nothing to do with WWE. Sources are keeping this under wraps for the time being, but The Torch was able to extract that bit.

What a fuckin joke about not bringing anything to the table

I'm disappointed at this. I really liked Jamie Noble. I thought they broke up Jamie and Nidia far too soon, their personas complimented well and they had a good gimmick. I don't doubt if he were a larger guy, he'd have been pushed higher. I still don't understand why they choose to lose a wrestler with his skills.

If it works out well for him, I'll be pleased.

As much as I like Raven, Noble always has been and always will be a better worker than him.

Raven is better on the mike and has more charisma, and I think he's a good brawler and has done well with what skill he has (you have to be honest with yourself and realize that the years and years of drug abuse have diminished his ability in the ring), but he's not as good of a worker as Noble.

Plus their reasoning is shit. Jamie has plenty to bring to the table (as I'm sure we'll see in TNA) and most definitely can work the CW style. The WWE arguing that he was fired for not being able to work a CW style is fucking HYSTERICAL given the fact that their current cruiser champ is Spike Dudley, who has never worked a cruiser-style match in his entire life.
