Granted, the man deserved it for trying to shoot the dogs in the head. . .but what kind of world are we living in when dogs start trying to take their revenge on us??

This story is CLASSIC! Not only was this guy doing something amazingly inhumane but he cannot show his face in public anymore. Think of the embarassment he will deal with.
