I need some advice on how to get rid of a little pot belly I have.. Its really annoying because it sticks out and I'm a thin guy.. Any Suggestions?

I don't smoke nor drink so its not related to those.. I know I need excercise and a good diet.. but its the starter that I lack...

What can I do?

crunches, less beer, light aerobics, a sterile knife and a dustbuster.

It has actually been proven to be a genetic thing (to lazy to find medical links now). if your dad has one, good chance you will.

try eating slightly less per day and doing some aerobic excercise. that should help

They key to lose the gut weight/pot belly/spare tire is aerobic exercise for at least half an hour each day, and steady use of a treadmill or exercise bike for at least half an hour a day. The stomach/love handles is the hardest place for a guy to lose weight, so get ready to really work it off. Crunches will eventually help, but they actually burn very little fat, and will just develop the muscles under the blubber. Try losing at least five pounds through the exercises above before really diving into the crunches.

seems like you got the answer - aerobics and do not eat big meals, try to eat 5 or 6 smaller meals throughout the day instead of 2 or 3 big ones where you stuff yourself and feel bloated and tired...

If you drink alot of soda drink diet. That kinda worked for me. I drank alot of soda and when I stopped I lost some weight.
