There is a cheesy commercial for some kind of "super antenna" for your cell phone. It's basically a sticker that you put on the battery that allegedly increases the signal strength or some bs like that.

The best part is a "scientific demonstration" of how it improves reception in an elevator. The chick is holding a phone in each hand. She looks at the phone without the super antenna, and shakes her head and frowns because it doesn't work. But she looks at the other phone with the super antenna and smiles because it does work. It doesn't ring, she doesn't talk into it, she just shakes her head at the "bad" one and smiles at the good one. It boggles the mind.

I hate the new car commercial with the people singing that Barenaked Ladies song, "One Week". Christ, that song is annoying enough, I don't need to hear a heap of bad karaoke versions of it as well.

Car Commercials, as a general rule, always suck.

The only good thing about that "Zoom Zoom" commercial is that one of its previous incarnations had a Drew Carey-looking little kid whisper "Zoom Zoom" at the camera, and he just made you want to bend him over and rail him while you make him pray the rosary through his tears.

The one I hate currently, however, is the one with the song that goes "I'd just to like to thank you, even though I don't know who you are...you who let me change lanes while I was driving in my car...", with the plastic bag that flies in the car like it's fucking American Beauty. Grr..the song is worse than the commercial, but I hate the commercial as well.

I love to hate that taco bell commercial where the guy is singing "Im just man,just a guy, just a dude and Im hungry...." I know all the f'n words and it always gets stuck in my head.
I also hate the commercials for "no credit! no problem!" and the carrot top at&t commercials and that f'n oxi-clean commercial with billy mays or whoever.

JJ and Poot- Thank you so much for mentioning that song. Me and my friends have been trying to figure it out for like a gagillion years.

Oh and is it just me or does anyone else like that commercial for the asian inspired sauces where the guy is sitting in work out clothes on top of a mountain of carrots at the grocery store? I love that one!

I can not stand the one for the drug company (I think it's Pfizer) that says things like "We're working on a cure for your father's Alzheimer's, your sister's diabetes, your mother's cancer..."

I, admittedly, owned that album and liked that BNL song at one time in my life. Around that same time I wore poodleskirts and fishnet stockings and called myself Brenda. But then I got the previous album by them and realized their music for what it is: Soundtrack to Flaming Homosexuality. So I moved on.

However, the song in that commercial is not as bad as the people singing it. The guy in the front passenger seat, who's WAY to into singing the song, needs to be dragged behind a truck over a gravel parkinglot, face first.
