Giving small gifts is a good style with certain girls (some girls genuinely appreciate it), but for someone i don't know, the board's probably right - might be a bit hokey.

Having been on exactly one blind date; bring her zip, no way with the flowers. You'll either be digging on each other in five minutes, which makes the gift irelevant, or you won't be diging each other, making the gift akward.

And for those out there, and it seems more then a few, who are doing radio or related stuff: dont go on a blind date with a caller, no matter How Hot her voice sounds...
