I'm always the break in the line...

You know when you are standing in line, be it either at the airport, a bank, a bus stop, or a food joint - there is always something or somewhere on the other side of that line that people need to get to. They have to cross the line. Someone is getting the "excuse me" and they have to move to let that person through.

That person is me.

Always. The line could be 100 people deep and I am the one who people think themselves, "There. That guy will move out of the way for me." or "Must get through line...head down....gotta break though... gravity pulling me this way..." and they end up with me.

Not the person behind me, nor in front of me.

It just happens every day and I had to vent. It's why I like to stay home on the weekends. So I don't have to stand in line anywhere and feel I am constantly in people's way. I hate lines.

I'm also the person that people won't move for when walking on the sidewalk. Even if it's like 4 people across who are walking together--I usually wind up in the grass. And they just know that i'll move and they don't budge. Damn people.

I get approached by a lot of people at like bars, racetracks, malls and any other places where people congregate and end up talking to these people and have no idea how it started. People that have seen this happen so often find it incredible.
