Adam Dunn hit a home run so fucking far it crossed state lines.
Coolest Homer Ever (http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/columns/story?columnist=stark_jayson&id=1863991)

Does he still strike out 5 times for every homer he hits, though?

Who knows where it might eventually have ended up? That Ohio River, after all, flows all the way into western Pennsylvania.
*Cringe*
Yes, the Ohio River flows into western PA because of course, three rivers in Pittsburgh is where the Monongahela, the Allegheny, and the Ohio all come together and the water goes (?) underground or something? Then it either crosses the Continental Divide (!) or goes back towards Ohio just for fun and then joins the Mississippi towards Minnesota where all the water evoporates!

A little exaggerated, but still, very cool. How many other players can claim they "hit one into the next state!" That is no longer a colorful metaphor. It happened.
