(I voted for Star Wars 'cause I watched Return of the Jedi last night and loved it but now I'm watching Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade and I'm lovin' that, too! So maybe I made a mistake! I don't know! It was a tough decision- you people can't sue me for making an honest mistake!! Try it!! Oh, you just try suing me!! We'll see who gets the last laugh!!!)

Indiana Jones.

As much as I like the Star Wars trilogy, there's an ease to the banter and edge of the seat adventure tied to the Indiana Jones' series.

Plus "The Last Crusade" has Sean Connery in a great role for him.

Loved the scene where the female German ingenue compliments Dr. Jones on his lovemaking and both dad and son say "Thanks".

That would be Alfred Molina.

As far as the movies go, it's a tie for me because they're both great to quote from and parody. Kevin Smith made a career out of it.

No, that was the guy who Dirk Diggler (and the guy who thought he looked like Han Solo/Indiana Jones) tried to sell the fake drugs to in Boogie Nights, That dude who was friends with Rick Springfield and had the Chinese Boy with the Firecrackers living with him and the Big Black Bodyguard (who played the same role in True Romance as Drexel's Body Guard)

Or was it the guy who was "Quiz Kid" Donnie Smith's boss in Magnolia (that Donnie Smith tried to rob, but the cop (who looked like Han Solo/Indiana Jones) made him put the money back in the safe after it started raining frogs)

That's a weird-ass sentance. Sounds more like a Terry Gilliam film than a PT Anderson film.

I give Star Wars a very slight edge to it, but both are great sets of films. Man Harrison Ford should have a much bigger ego, especially during the early 1980s!

Now I am ALL Confused.

I saw the TV Trailer for Spiderman 2 today. Yeah I know I'm a bit late, but it's on Jeff Fayman's site; who is now working with my former guitar teacher Robert Fripp at Abbey Road Studios, so with luck, some burning guitar might be heard in some A-list movie releases.

He done a few others: the list and some music samples [along with said Trailers] are linked below.

So many musicians, pretty famous ones, are giving up the road to make some real money, and the real money is in music for films and commercials and TV shows. Case in Point; Mark Mothersbaugh of Devo made a boatload doing music for Rugrats.

Coz the record labels sure didn't pay.
Oops. Forgot the Link here (http://www.immediatemusic.com/html/body_news.cfm)

Christ, I can watch any Indiana Jones film, even the second one, from any point, on any day. They're like "Jaws."

"Star Wars" always makes me feel exhausted afterwards, like I had to work through the fucking thing.

Besides, it always seemed like sex didn't exist in the SW universe, whereas Indy was getting laid left and right.

And fuck The Empire. Nobody's more evil than Nazis.

INDIANA UBER ALLES!

Alfred Molina is also the one who diddled Salma Hayek in "Frida".

indy, because ....

+ the films have not (yet) been altered
+ they story has not been tainted by off-logic prequels
+ does not have a fanatical fan base that treats a movie as a cannon for life
+ the trilogy exits more for itself rather than a vehicle for merchandise
+ and i'll take karen allen over carrie fisher any day

No he was the one who sang "Tradition" from "Fiddler on the Roof" at this years Tony Awards.

::once again embarrassingly displaying my familiarity with Broadway Musicals.
