Web site making...web sites

Anybody know any good ones beside's geocites and other ones that everyone else uses. I just want to make a commentary site and I don't know html and I'd like one that is kinda helpful in making the site.

I remember searching for one of these myself and stumbling across 81x.com (http://www.81x.com). I never actually got to use it but its supposed to be like what youre lookin for...

If you just want to do commentary and want to bare-bones it without even knowing HTML, go get a free blog over at LiveJournal (http://www.livejournal.com). Instead of posting what you had for dinner tonight, write your commentary as hournal entries. Lots of folks do it that way.
