Cuz I miss the lunch thread, and can no longer post at work.

Tonight I made eggplant with roasted peppers and melted mozzerella cheese....it was to die for!

I had a dinner fiasco tonight which is funny to see this post, because I was going to start something like this.

I was making grilled pork chops with a side of long grain wild rice with a little olive oil and roasted garlic in it. And then I bought a loaf of rosemary garlic bread which I cut up and dipped in some homemade olive oild with sage and hot pepper.

The problem was, when i opened the pork chops the smelled funnny. So I had all this shit cooking, grill on, and I have to run back to the store to get another set of chops. that part sucked but the meal came out good


This is just a pre-curson to wednesday when I try to make spaghetti with Lobster sauce and shrimp on the side. I will keep everyone posted!

14 oz. boneless Black Angus ribeye steak, roasted red pepper, green beans and baby red potatoes with a tall glass of milk. Watermelon chunks for dessert.


Tomorrow it's garlic seasoned boneless pork chops, same veggies, except change green beans to grilled zucchini.
