Missy and I were belaboring this yesterday...

which do you prefer...

a brownie with the consistency of fudge or something more along the lines of a cake type pastry with a fudge icing?

To me there seems to be several schools of brownie making...the rich, dense brownie, the light cake like brownie with fudge on top and the cake like brownie with chocolate mixed in with the cake that when pulled apart looks like caramel being pulled apart...

then there are those who mix nuts in with the brownies....

your thoughts?
