This is the stupidest shit I have ever heard (http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=573&ncid=757&e=3&u=/nm/20040730/od_nm/speeding_dc)
Good, they should do this to slow drivers here too...
however, OK,
a) WTF?! They have an 18 MPH speed limit over there? Those crazy Germans...
b)
Police in the western town of Bochum said the truck driver told them he felt provoked by the motorist "because he was actually driving 30 kph in a 30 kph area." The trucker faces an investigation and may lose his driving license.

For the most part i drive the speed limits and countless times have been in front of some fucking douchbag that thinks that he has to get somewhere fast and doing so makes him tough.
If you have to drive over the speed limitand i am impeding your way by doing what is the limit of speed, than just go around me, into oncoming traffic if need be.
If you can't leave on time and drive the speed limit and feel that my doing so is a bother, and feel that stopping to insult me and acting tough to me won't slow down your already lateness, then by all means i invite it, i would be happy to make your trip an already longer one as i blast you in the knees with the bat in my backseat.
*by the way, i don't mean you or anyone else personally, its an open invitation to those that deserve it.*

Is it advisable to spread out all the conveniences of culture before people to whom a few steps up a stair to a library is a sufficient deterrent from reading?

the only problem with this theory is 'what if the other person has a gun?'
or is Steven Segal(?)
as much as the speednicks tick me off sometimes, you are better off moving over and hopefully there is a trooper up ahead....

If you can't leave on time
so you've never been late for anything ever in you entire life?

i'm constantly late, but i don't see that as necessitating me going over the speed limit.

Ralph Nader might as well have murdered this poor bastard with his own hands.
