Beer or stock?

A friend sent this to me:

If you bought $10,000 worth of Nortel stock one year ago, it would now be
worth $490. If you bought $10,000 worth of Budweiser (the beer, not the
stock) one year ago, drank all the beer, and traded in the cans for the
nickel deposit, you would have $790.

Our advice: start drinking heavily.

I just got an insider's tip on a Hot beer (cold beer actually). So I went out and got a 6 pack of shares in Jed's Hard Pink Lemonade. It's paying off nicely. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
