This Saturday, there will be a second full moon in the same month (the first was July 2). So, whenever there is 2 full mooms within the same month, the second one is called a Blue Moon (http://www.cnn.com/2004/TECH/space/07/30/blue.moon/). Does anyone know why?

It's sexually frustrated.

This is the only blue moon I care about. Which is pretty odd, since I hate Coors.

The real blue moon, the one that actually appears blue, is the result of floating particles in the air that mess with moonlight. Microscopic bits of volcanic ash, fire smoke, and dust all have the ability to scatter light rays and make us see the sun and moon dressed in unexpected colors. Blue moons and blue suns were seen following the eruption of Krakatoa Volcano in 1883 and in England during 1950, a year of many forest fires in Canada.
The history of the modern definition is somewhat uninspiring. In 1937 someone wrote in the Maine Farmer's almanac that the second calendrical full moon is called the "blue moon". No one knows why, and no one has ever found an earlier reference to this definition, but it got written down. It was referenced in a question and answer column of the July 1943 edition of Sky and Telescope magazine, and then again in an article in the March 1946 Sky and Telescope

Damn bloody moon.
disclaimer: the above comment is slightly less unfunny if said with a British accent.

Blue Moon....
You saw me standing alone
Without a dream in my heart
Without a love of my own
Blue Moon
You know just what I was there for
You heard me saying a prayer for
Someone I really could care for
And then there suddenly appeared before me
The only one my arms will hold
I heard somebody whisper please adore me
And when I looked to the Moon it turned to gold
Blue Moon
Now I'm no longer alone
Without a dream in my heart
Without a love of my own
And then there suddenly appeared before me
The only one my arms will ever hold
I heard somebody whisper please adore me
And when I looked the Moon had turned to gold
Blue moon
Now I'm no longer alone
Without a dream in my heart
Without a love of my own
Blue moon
Now I'm no longer alone
Without a dream in my heart
Without a love of my own

Actually, it is because early calenders had only one color ink (blue), so the first full moon was just a blue ring, while second one, to differentiate it from the first, was solid blue through and through. Farmers needed to know when full moons were forcast for planting.
