I find myself craving brownies at this moment like a pregnant woman. I need brownies. That soft, gooey fudge, that warm delicious chocolate goodness...I can't take it anymore...NEED BROWNIES NOW!

Seriously though... when I used to work in Maryland I used to order from the hotel restaurant after dinner Brownie ala Mode, which was brownies (still hot!), topped with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate syrup and a cherry. I would kill anyone on this board for one of those.

Brownies are best served 3" x 3" under cold chocolate ice cream and warm hot fudge (and maybe some of that creamy white stuff to... what do they call that? oh yea, whipped cream)

actually a week ago i made 2 kinds of brownies for my friend daughters party

one was regular fudgy brownies

the other i used an entire bag of peanut butter chips in the brownie mix


the peanut butter ones people LOVED!


anytime you want brownies ill send you some!
