I played baseball for a few years while in elementary school. I was in a lot of smart classes and stuff. I did a lot of drawing and other types of art. I was a pretty boring kid. That's about it.

Did I mention I was fat back then?

I played 3 sports a year. Wrestling was my favorite and the one i was best at. I played football, wrestling and baseball every year up until highschool when i blew my knee out junior year playing football. I got surgery and came back senior year as captain and blew it out again. Bad Times. I got best physique in my senior class and best looking. I was student council VP and president.

Deep down I was always a computer dork and loved school, but I tried not to let it show to much.

As a younger kid I was kind of quiet and never really got into or caused any trouble.

I always loved art and spent 99% of my time drawing. I also loved building things and finding out how things worked. I took apart all my toys to see how they worked and tried to put them back together.

And I loved my LEGOS. I played the fuck out of those things!

I was a problem child growing up, had major temper problems (still do). Got into many fights and was kicked out of 2 schools, once I hit high school my grades declined becoming an average C student at best.

Oh yeah, I played baseball from 2nd-9th grade, took up kickboxing (Muay Thai) in high school and began pro-wrestling after graduation.

Who is Karim Garcia?? I no respect heem.

All I played as fra s sports go is Soccer, since that was the only sport I could play because the ball was big and I could see it.

My childhood was great, up until the 4th grade. I had a lot of friends at school and home; we would always play outside and put on little plays. I used to love to draw and color. I did very well in school, they wanted me to skip a grade in 1st grade and 3rd, but my mom wanted me to stay where I was. I also loved to just sit in my room and play with my dolls. I tried ballet and tap for a couple of years, but didn't really like it. I still remember my purple tutu and my pink jazzy outfit with sequins. I also started playing soccer when I was 8, which I loved.
We moved away the summer before I started 4th grade, and my parents began the process of getting divorced. I saw and heard a lot of crap that I probably shouldn't have, and that affected the rest of my childhood. We no longer lived around kids my age, and since my mom had to go back to work, we were stuck with a babysitter, or I had to watch my younger sisters, so I rarely was able to have friends over. I became more withdrawn and depressed. I spent most of my time after school in my room playing with my dolls or watching the Yankees. I still liked to draw and paint, and played softball and soccer. .

I was active and accident-prone. Ran XC and Track since I was 4, was pretty good for a while--once finished 24th at an AAU national meet. Held an age group record at a mile road race for about 10 years something like 6:24 when I was 7.

Broke my leg when I was 3, broke my collar bone when I was 6. The leg was from falling off bleachers at my mom's softball game, the collar bone was a bike accident on the big hill on my street. Went home, wasn't crying so no one thought too much of it. Went to bed, woke the next morning with a dangling arm, and the folks insisted on taking me to the doctor. Sho nuff, broken collar bone.

I was a jock trapped in a nerd's body.

Started playing little league at 6 (tee-ball...my father was-is obsessed with sports).
Soccer at 8, even though I hated it.
Football replaced soccer at 12 when I finally got my parents to crack.
But in the classroom I was a scared, nerdy, studious, teacher's pet. Even though I was friendly with all the popular kids through sports, I still was on the outside of the popular crowd once the bell rang.

Played baseball & football through Junior year of High School, but wasn't very good after Freshman year when everyone else hit growth spurt & I was still 5'2". Continued to get good grades, but started to fight constantly with my mother, to the point that we didn't speak much (screaming aside) from the ages of 14-18 &I developed an ulcer.

Then I turned 18, graduated, went to Seton Hall, and everything went to shit.

My childhood basically sucked!
At a tender age of 5 my biological mother left me at a store and never returned.
Six or seven months later a family of 6 found me.
Before taking me to the police their kids abused my privates until it bled.
From there on I vowed not to speak.

At nine I was adopted and came to the USA.
At age 10 another person who I forgave abused my privates.
At age 11, 12 and 13 I ran away but was found a couple of days later.
At sixteen I got drunk and never looked back.
Now I'm twenty-six and almost living a good life.

When I lived in England, everything was cool. I was happy, had friends, did well in school, blah blah blah. We moved here to America at the end of what should have been my 3rd grade year. Because I'm so smart they put me in 4th grade instead. The move and everything that went a long with it was something that it took me a long time, even to this very day, to recover from. I had a lot of trouble making new friends, like real friends, and because of the timing of things and moving and what not, I ended up going to 4 different schools in 5 years. It's tough to put down any kind of roots when that happens.

In high school, I fell in with 'the wrong crowd' and I quit playing soccer (my only activity) after my sophomore year, one of the worst mistakes of my life. After that it was standard bad kid stuff, drinking, some drugs, vandalism, theft, so on and so forth. Just about the only good thing to come out of it is that now, coming into my mid 20's, I have all that shit out of my system. I see a lot of people my age still caught up in the whole 'partying' atmosphere, and it just doesn't appeal to me anymore.

I was the kid who looked out the window a lot in school for some classes (math) but paid rapt attention in others (science, history). I was the one with the silly face whenever photos were taken. The one who watched Star Trek and Space 1999 and anything science fiction, the daydreamer who felt left out and had 4 friends for most of my life up until high school and then things changed and I kind of came out of my shell.

My Dad was a teacher; beginning in 1963 a good portion of our summer vacation was spent on road trips.
In the summer of 1967 we climbed into our Ford Econoline camper for a swing through the South. At one of the campgrounds we saw a poster for the NASCAR event at Columbia Speedway, in the capital city of South Carolina. The opportunity to see the good old boys sliding around a dirt track was exciting. We had seen them at the tiny Islip track when they made their Northern Swing a few times.
We made the trek across rural back roads, paid our admission at the lot entrance and walked to the stands. In signage, not to be missed were the gates labeled "colored" and "whites only".
Infuriated and armed with our playground sense of justice my brother and I dashed into the "colored" section, shouting back to our folks "we're sitting where we always sit".
Dad, 8 year old sister, mom and my toddler brother and no problem finding the 14 and 13 year old white boys waving and "saying we're up here" among the half-filled stands of Black faces.
Years later I mentioned that he seemed so unruffled, but "I'm sure we caused him some concern and he hadn't seen much of the race". In a very precise way and in a tone meant to inform he let me know that I had caused him concern; going into the stands, during the race, coming out of the stands, on the walk to the car, on the ride back to the camp grounds, while I (me) was sleeping and until we crossed the border the next day. He included that "perhaps I didn't notice that, at the first chance after we crossed the border, we pulled into a campgrounds and set up, rather than travel the couple of hundred miles we had planned, so he could recover."
I'd say I was an impetuous kid.
